Move:
I played on the Wii on and off throughout the day. My stamina is not so great, so it's good to be able to turn it on, play for 10 or 15 minutes and then go on to something else. I also did a major straighten-up/clean-out of the living room so I can have a bit more room to move around in.
Nourish:
I slept in and had "multigrain" waffles and eggs for brunch.
Snacks at various times were an apple, a few granola bite things, a light ice cream sandwich, and a banana.
Dinner was these sundried tomato tofu dumplings with a bunch of green beans.
I'll be having a chocolate chip scone,or maybe just half. Let's be real, it'll be the whole thing.
Notes:
I made the mistake of waiting too long to make plans for dinner. I didn't feel like cooking, so I was going to order Thai, but then the Thai place I usually call for delivery didn't have fresh rolls, and then the second one wouldn't give me a side order of extra veggies. Made of fail, Thai places. So I got close to caving and ordering a big pizza that I would have eaten all of and instead got in the car and drove to the natural food store (which is close). Green beans from their hot bar and dumplings from the deli section. Planning better is important to me doing better. :)

Date: 2010-02-18 12:53 pm (UTC)hypnosis CDs. They really do help your motivation when you flag. I find them a huge help. Another suggestion is the food rules running round the fitness mags and sites,
don't eat till you're hungry
eat slowly and enjoy your food
when you are no longer hungry, stop eating,
even if there's food left on your plate.
You can have it later, when you are hungry again.
