Move:

I did about 30-40 minutes of on-and-off playing on the Wii in Just Dance and boxing on the Wii Sports. Yesterday was my first day with the Wii, and I'm a bit sore.

Nourish:

Oatmeal & yogurt for breakfast, plus a Smart Ones brownie & ice cream thing. Meh.
Subway veggie patty footlong on honey oat for lunch. Peanut butter egg for a snack.
Whole wheat pasta with veggies and a bit of cheese for dinner, plus an ice cream sandwich.

Goal:

More water, more fruit, fewer chocolatey snacks. OTOH, I'm PMSing and the peanut butter egg kept me from ramming my car into other cars in order to express my rage. ;)
