have been good, for the most part! I've done "the weekday usual" for breakfast and lunch, and I made a pasta dish on Wednesday that I finished up last night. It was whole wheat spirals with diced tomatoes, cannellini beans and green beans with garlic, Italian seasoning, and some parmesan. I'm working on keeping enough healthy snacks around that I can have those things instead of junk, but the process is incomplete. I'm okay with that. :)

I've done my 30-day challenge workout on the Wii both days, even though it was late yesterday by the time I got home from getting my hair cut. The workouts are varied enough that I'm feeling a bit sore every morning--nothing horrible, but enough to know that I am working. I'm probably going to end up using Saturday as a rest day from the 30-day challenge, as I'm going to be doing a bunch of walking.

Also planned for this weekend is sewing a nicer, sturdier pocket for the nunchuck onto my bike shorts.
