Feb. 23rd, 2010 10:26 amOMG, so sore from doing the Sports Active last night! My arms and legs both, wow. So it was a good workout! And I'm proud of myself for working out a little this morning with the Just Dance. I only did six minutes--the short versions of three songs--but that's six minutes more than I can generally make myself do in the morning. I'd like to eventually do 10-15 minutes most mornings, even if it's low-intensity.
